今回は告知です。
なんと、アブダビでは初のコーヒーイベントをやることになりました～
漸く、Blogタイトルに中身が追いついてきましたね(汗)
日本から持参した大量の生豆さん、産地直送どころかだいぶ遠回りしたけど、
やっとアブダビ在住の方々に飲んでいただけるのです。
感慨深い。
これで、アラブの富豪がコーヒーを気に入って、さらに開業資金を出してくれたら最高だなぁ、ぐへへ。
今回は、2－3種類のコーヒーをドリップして飲んでもらう、
ゆるい会にしたいと思っています。
勿論、使う豆は自家焙煎です！
これから必死こいて焙煎します！
もし需要があれば、ワークショップなどにつなげていきたいです。

I am tired of all the Italian wannabe everything burned to the same charcoal taste kind of coffee.
In my country, many coffee shops serve drip coffee with wonderful aroma and clean after taste.
Please come to experience Mr. Matsuda’s Japanese style drip coffee.
Come and see if you like it.
This gathering will be followed by coffee dripping lesson on another date. ( for minimum material cost.)
It is not just pouring hot water over ground coffee, There is a LOT more to it !!

実施内容：自家焙煎豆を使った、日本式のドリップコーヒーの試飲会(2-3種類)。
ホスト経歴： 3年前より、東京タウンコーヒー研究所という団体を設立し、ワークショップの他、様々なイベントでコーヒーを提供。全日本コーヒーインストラクター資格保有。
メッセージ：コーヒーは、その風味のみならず、世界の歴史や経済にも大きく関わる、とても魅力的な飲み物です。日本人は18世紀に欧州から伝えられて以来、独自のコーヒー文化・技術を発達させてきました。このUAEの地で、その魅力を共有できれば幸いです。
